Q&A with Our Chef:

Q: Who is the best cook, you or your wife?

A: Of course, it’s me. I hope she doesn’t read this!!!

Q: Do you ever go out for an English meal?

A: Absolutely, I go out for an English meal. My favourite is Shepperd’s Pie, but I grew up with spicy food, so I created my own version of the Indian Sheppard’s Pie.

Q: What’s the funniest remark you’ve received about one of your dishes?

A: A group of regular customers had a little competition to see who could eat my hottest dish. When they returned a few days later, they told me their colleague didn’t return to work the next day. Apparently, he called in to say that it’s quite difficult to put on his pants with a bag of ice in it.
